“Fear with immigrants in general”? In what dimension? No legal immigrant is afraid of anything . Many are happy to see the illegal immigrants leave as it opens far more employment opportunities for them. And, the legal immigrants WANT American laws obeyed.

If I was coming to Iowa after Med school; one thing I would look at -- the political spectrum. We are pretty RED -- (No pun intended!).
