As a former marketing research professional, I’ll just say that no one did political polling better than Ann Seltzer, period. Also, it’s my opinion Trump supporters were highly motivated by the results, and Republican operatives and elected officials mobilized them to get their people to the polls. Net benefit was to Trump’s MAGA core. This is flagrantly unserious lawsuit that is nothing more than harassment.
